Jean Pasquet, Jean-Luc’s son, is a vine-grower/producer who manages the whole cognac-making process from the soil to the commercializing of his own bottles.
Located in Eraville, their cognacs express their unique terroir of the frontier between the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne (with 8 hectares of vines in the first cru and 6 hectares in the second). Their L’Organic range consists of three organic cognacs grown, vinified, distilled, aged, bottled and labeled on the property. Amy, Jean’s wife and an American expatriate, is active on social media, sharing their cognac-crafting life mostly in English. Follow JLP on instagram and Facebook to learn more about how they make their eaux-de-vie and life as an artisanal producer.
In the Netherlands, Cognac Pasquet is imported by Cognac Import Nederland but also here for sale by the wholsale button.
